....if you look inside the wheel, you will find a brake disc, i have rotated side plate position also - will be fixed in : v1.0.1Space_Night wrote: ↑02 Jan 2022 15:17 hi @SGD3S1GN
Initial lookings over the mod look seriouly promising, already I have seen the trailer fits nicely with high cube 2.5m reefer trailers, with the front latches nicley in place along with the rear twistlocks.
An in depth report back to you regarding some issues, mostly minor ones

the addition of a blue TIR plate for this location, (you other trailers already have the item on them, so why not this one??
kingpin a could do with being moved fowards, or the neck of the trailer resculpted as when you have a 6x2 or 6x4 chassis you clip into the frame of the trailer, especially with thew MAN TGX E6, RJL Scania, DAF 105 (DAF DLC bumpers go between the frame rails so you would even be able to turn with that. IRL Krone offer 2 chassis, one for 4x2, the other with a slightly different sculpt for 6x2 chassis

that said, the fact that its kingpin sits IN the 5th wheel not ON the 5th wheel with the bedplate sat nicely on the 5th wheel is a big plus point (Take Note SCS - YOUR Box liner is wrong, unless you're using an old Scania R2009 as it only sits correctly on that chassis)
You need a black object at the axle ends as you can see through the rims and its a bit offputting when you can see through the axle where the brakes should be and see axle stubs

side guards:
The end nodes seem to be at 180 degrees to eachother, so one side (doesnt matter which) needs to be flipped so that the blinker part of the leds is at the same point, either both at the top or both at the bottom.
Leftside Rear:

Right side reAR:

Front

suggestion:
move this row of red nodes up a bit as any lights you put there are clipping with the flip out signs

also, the ride height at the rear of the trailer needs to be lowered as there is a notable nose-down attitude on the trailer.

A few addons to think about.
As mentioned earlier a TIR plate for the bumper slots
In addition to thisk, following in JuSeeTV's footsteps a generator pack to hang off the chassis, these are often mounted to container trailers that haul refrigerated containers, thereby allowing the Reefer unit to keep running whilst it is not on the ship.
Tyre-rack
small tool boxes
side skirts with an independent paint pallette

Rating: 9/10 for the trailer so far
verdict: a fine first draft and beta release, just needs a touch of polishing but it beats the Krone offering from SCS hands down!!!!!
...thanks !
...enjoy!
...schmitz and wielton bits, are more like easter eggs for upcomming updates, flares are original SCS i dont created them .seth_haveron wrote: ↑03 Jan 2022 07:07 still try to figure out whats the point of the schmitz and wielton bits .... there are not enogh hints to turn it to a sudo-schmitz/wielton
the fitting mudflaps or signature parts would be needed.
the flares for the indicators seems to be a bit to strong.
also same thing as with the 45 sko the trailer feels to backheavy around turnes. maybe a curbweight / mass issue ...
