Since the latest versions, restrictions have been set by country for long semi-trailers (15 m+). I think it is worth adding Russia to the list, where semi-trailers up to 16.5 m are allowed.

It's Appendix 5, point 1.1:

1.1. Максимальная длина не должна превышать:
…автопоезда в составе тягача и прицепа (полуприцепа) - 20 м

1.1. The maximum length must not exceed:
…road train consisting of a tractor and trailer (semi-trailer) - 20 m

Therefore, there is no difference between articulated trucks and road trains with full trailers. All of them must be no longer than 20 meters.

And moreover. While searching for this document, I realized that Belarus, Kazakhstan and probably other countries of Customs Union now also have a 20-meter limit. Allowing semi-trailers longer than the all-European 13.6 meters.

Yeah. In Belarus it's also 20 meters for all truck with semi-trailers and full trailers.
