The models are exported even when vertex color is above 0.5. No matter if its a middle game format (.pim) or game format (pmg).

Here's how I solved the problem:
1-Select the related object
2-Click on the DATA tab (green triangle) on the right side menu
3-Open "Color Attributes" tab
4-You will see two entries in the box: "Col" and "Col_alpha" - Delete them both using the minus button on the right.
5-Change to the MATERIAL tab
6-Click on "Add Vertex Colors to Active" which will recreate those deleted entries

Now it should be ok. Don't worry, nothing will change in the material settings.

alright so ive been having this problem, issue, situation on going with alot of my materials.. i just went through each & every step.. So im not sure which step did the trick BUT it WORKED on Export so i THANK YOU!!
