Re: [REL] Volvo VNL670 (1.41 Update by Digital X) 13th Oct Update
Regarding the recent update of 1.42 that was released I am working on a fix for the steering wheel. I did initially have it working in the beta, but seeing as betas can and will change in their lifespan I did not want to release it incase the official full release may have changed something internally.
I have it working in the correct angular position but it's the height that is the issue now. I will continue at it and let you know once it is ready.
Edit: Adjustments are complete, the truck is ready for 1.42!
I will edit the OP with a download link once I've included the changes into the main file.

I've never uploaded a mod onto the Workshop before, It doesn't have window animations because I don't know how to make them. I know I'll get some people complaining because they are not done, but I don't know anyone who can assist me with them.

First, I want to say thank you for continuing this mod. It's one of my favorites. I appreciate the work you have put in to learn about modding and making this work in the latest versions ATS. Second, since I have recently come back to ATS after over a year layoff - how do you install this latest download? (yes, stupid newb questions I know )
Thank you again!
Thank you again!

@Ghengis_BadAzz
You're welcome!
Download the latest version (if you're on 1.42) and put the .scs file into your "mod" folder.
@bubbdamadaussie Did aradeth make this for ETS2 as well? I haven't seen it.

Digital X,
Yesterday (sunday) i did my first miles in the Updated VNL.
Could you look into the following please, there is still the old (1.6.4) ats thumbnail in the root the one that Aradeth used for some time.
I noticed that after some time my center dashboard icons are gone?, no handbrake, no light, no blinkers, no cruisecontrol etc.
Now i have made myself a new engine mod for some more power engine (650 hp) for this truck, and i don't know if this has to do with gone missing icons but by accident i packed all files (soundbanks) with zip, where the soundbanks should have been at stored.
Is one and another related?.
In my private file i have restored the packing order into the correct one, but didn't have time to test it.
In the attachment you find my game log. There are a couple of missing mat files mentioned in it.
Thanks for your support.

I'll look into that now for you. Do you mean the image icons on the blinker stalk etc? That's not something I've seen missing but I'll double check.
Regarding sounds It's using the standard SCS VNL engines.
