Frankfurt am Main - Nuremberg (Road number 3) [151367]

Hi, I noticed today when driving from frankfurt am main to Nuremberg that there was a random spot of grass on the highway entrance ramp. I've circled the location I saw the random patch of grass on. (The heading for the entrance to the highway is the same as the arrow is pointing at on the map.)

I tried searching the bugs 1.41 section with 'frankfurt' and 'nuremberg' keywords but nothing came up so I decided to make a new thread.
