There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Re: [REL] Mack R Series....Superliner
Perhaps I missed something and am putting this in the wrong place so please excuse any blatant errors etc etc.
I've been running the older Dieling Superliner since found (about year or so). It, Harven's R, and XBS autocar AT are all I run. Anyway, unless I screwed something up (always a possibility) the latest SCS/ATS revision eliminated the "moved forward mirrors" options for the Superliner when in the shop. Can someone help set me straight as I much prefer using the truck mirros as opposed to the "F2" mirrors. Thanks
The upcoming interior, sleeper, and lift axle options look fantastic!

You'll need to update the mirror mod. Mine works but I don't rember if all I did was edit the version number in the manifest file or if the author actually has a 1.45 version.

Re: [REL] Mack R Series....Superliner
Thanks Trucker 71.
Would you be so kind as to provide some guidance on how to edit the version number in the manifest file or suggest where to find such instructions? I've never attempted much less heard of doing this. Simple tweeks with the config file are about my limit.
In the meantime, I'll double check to see if there's a 1.45 compatible version of the truck or mirrors on ATS as I'm no fan of 3rd party mod websites if for no other reason that not knowing what is and isn't stolen.
As info, the same "old" forward mirror mod for the Harven R still shows/reads "available/working"....though I'm yet to load it up since 1.45 came out as I was off line for about 3 months.
Thanks again.

Re: [REL] Mack R Series....Superliner
It's been a while since I used the Superliner so I didn't remember what the story on the mirrors was. I just re-installed it and I have version 1.1 of the Superliner. The mirror mod doesn't work for me either. I mentioned editing the manifest as in many cases that's all it takes to update a mod for a new version of the game. Try it on the Mack R model, if it works there then I guess it's not compatible with the Superliner, at least with version 1.1

Thank you again.
If I come up with/find something to move the mirrors forward and verify it works, I'll post it here.
As info, I checked and have 1.1 version of the Superliner as well.

Re: [REL] Mack R Series....Superliner
Update: I simply decactivated the Superliner mod and the Superliner forward mirror mod by Maxomaz (on ATS workshop) then logged out. After logging back in, I reactivated them. Nothing more.
The mirror mod remains above the Superliner though neither are the top of the active mod list. Anyway, once again all is well in Shangri-La with no dependency on the F2 mirrors. Go figure.....
