i can host but my partner cant join with the same map mod(yard mod) on convoy its saying wrong version but clearly we have the same one.

Not sure about yard mod map, but for example promods Canada is distributed with user specific file which is causing such issues. is it possible that you both have such user specific file?
On windows you can check this with command: certutil -hashfile <file> MD5
You will get something like "b0248f3fbdc42677b54e39783ccdbc63" (this is just an example!).

Values calculated for both of you should be identical.

I fixed it now we used one drive and now working

Interesting work around. So both games are reading the same mod file right?

Yes she can join me on convoy and I copied my file's to one drive then to her though one drive.
