[Released 01.11.21] SCANIA 6-series DC13 I6 sound mod by Max2712 V1

Today I am very happy to present you my brand-new Scania 6-series DC13 inline-6 sound mod! All sounds have been recorded on a real 2016 Scania G410, this time with a completely new and different recording method, compared to my other recent sound mods. This means that the engine sound is much more detailed and crisp for this particular model, and also feels really different to my other sounds, both in quality and sound experience!
Of course, this mod not only includes the engine sound, but also all the interior sticks, switches and warnings, air-gear and air-brake sounds, and much more, like on my recent released 6-series V8 sound. This mod is also compatible with the official SCS Convoy/Multiplayer mode.
I'm sure you'll like it, and I'm very interested in your opinion about this sound mod and especially the new recording method

Features:

• completely new engine sound, built from sound samples recorded by me in reallife on a stock 2016 Scania G410 Euro 6 with the 12.7l DC13 inline-6 engine

• all interior sticks, switches and accessory sounds recorded by me in a real 6-series Scania

• multiple features and a lot of small details, like a dynamic idle sound with AdBlue injection effect, realistic blinker sound behaviour, a warning tone when turning off the engine without parking brake, ...

• official Convoy-mode-support

• real Opticruise gearbox shifting sounds

• real air-brake sounds + specific sounds for applying/disengaging the parking brake

• + things I can´t remember anymore

Very good. I wish you could take the SCS's samples from V8 and make a good mixing with them. So we'll have good sounds in 6 cilinder and also V8.

I like sound from SCS's V8, but the mixing is not good. There's no decreasing with RPM nor proper increasing with RPM.

@Jatruck I have already done a very realistic 6-series V8 sound, with sounds recorded from a real R520 Euro 6.

Hi Max, another awesome sound from you that I am eager to play with. A big thank you. I moved your sound and defs to a custom mod for my DAF 2021. Everything works except the air gear. I notice you said "Opticruise sounds". Do they only work with an Opticruise box? Maybe something else going on? (Got a ZF for the DAF, and yes, I triple checked all the references and did some tests with air gear pointing to other sound files, they all work).
