Drivers continually resting

hi,
I seem to have a problem. A couple of my drivers are permanently resting they haven't started any jobs for at least a couple of rest periods. I dismissed one but the new driver isn't starting any jobs.
I have no mods the game is a vanilla version. I've verified my game cache in steam. I dismissed both the affected drivers but the new ones aren't moving either. I did post this in technical issues but realised it should be here. here's my game log https://pastebin.com/5GNDS5gF

Hi, just an update. The problem seems to have been resolved. I don't if this has anything to do with it but i was checking on my trailers and had two livestock trailers in each garage and one was never used at all. So i sold the unused one and now everything's back to normal.
