SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

The Ford F350 has a similar problem. Just remembered.
I translate via Google Translate. Sometimes he does it badly. I beg understand and forgive.

Yeah, it has to do with chassis height it seems.
Re: [REL] Western Star 4900 EX - RELEASED!
One of my favourite mods to drive for the last 6 or so months. Only problem i have is the windows can be very glarey inside sometimes. Otherwise its a solid mod you have done .

2 small issues/possible improvements :
1) the sleeper side window cover isn't fully skinnable (only a solid color), at least on the flat top. It would be great if it could be added to the template there's already a hole in there for it
2) the GPS display luminosity is strange at times, making it hard to read/see (problem occured on the optional GPS mounted on the top right corner, haven't checked the other options)

Is the driver visible in this truck when you drive it? I mean when you look into cab with the movable outside camera. Since I have this mod, the driver is gone for all of my trucks. Not sure if it's caused by this mod or not.

Used the mod, excellent work (albeit it's heavily burdening my laptop)

Re: [REL] Western Star 4900 EX - RELEASED!
@Kultag It's a known issue with this truck mod. If you have it activated, your driver will likely disappear from any truck you drive.
Re: [REL] Western Star 4900 EX - RELEASED!
@Gustav93 Are there any fixes or workarounds? Like a secondary mod fixing it or altered load order? I couldn't find anything.
Re: [REL] Western Star 4900 EX - RELEASED!
@Kultag You can download a driver mod off Steam, and put it at the top of the prority in the mod list.
