Dangit, lol. I missed that Colorado. For some reason I was only thinking it was Idaho. I didn't catch Grand Jct until now. So they are going in order. Newest first then down back thru the states. Nice. Thanks for that info.

As far as sound...speaking of squeak....I'm still hoping that SCS adds brake squeal that was somewhat teased...hinted with the Wyoming teaser. Where is this sound? By the way, did anyone figure out where this location is yet in Wyoming?

Sorry, but just can't get in to liking any of these trailers. Just something about them looks too cartoonish, no matter what color I make it, it just dosen't look right. Doesn't seem natural.

@supersobes that sound bug when switching from cab to the interior I had that since the 1.41 has come out I think, I thought it was normal or a game limitation, lol.

Well it's definitely more noticeable after the 1.43 update though. It also happens when starting the engine.

It might be that the trailers have fenders. Most dumpers in the US don't have individual fenders for the rear tires. That's more Euro style. US trailers mostly only have mud flaps on the rear of the trailer. Some may have a full fender. I don't know if these are optional or not but they they should be up to the player to use them or not. Other than that, the trailers look pretty decent imo. SCS can't be too precise and mimic a branded trailer though. Box vans and reefers are a bit different. They all look fairly identical so no violations to really worry about for SCS there. But certain trailers could get SCS in trouble if they look to much like a brand and no license.

The game has other options than just the round arch style fenders too. For example, this is how I have mine configured:

I just spent some time on the new update. I can say that I liked it a lot, in fact seeing more signs of distance greatly improved the immersion. The only thing I missed, and I'm already worried about whether or not it will show up, is that old Ford pickup, which was featured on the Wyoming blogs.

The big question about the upcoming new iteration: More slots in Convoy, driving school mode, or a Cali v2?
About the version 1.43 that we have today, I have tested it a little, but I can say that I was very pleased with the new trailers. The sound was not very pleasing to me, the impression is that in the internal camera, it always sounds like we are inside a tunnel.

Hmm.. maybe I can be wrong but, this brake sound looks to me just for a add-on to the video get more details...

I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but flying around Colorado I found signs for two "confirmed" cities in Nebraska and Kansas?

If Texas wasn't on the horizon, I'd be really excited to see some of the furthest Eastern cities referenced in ATS, but its still cool to get glimpses of what the future has to hold!

(Honestly, I'm really excited for Nebraska, as weird as that is to say. As a Coloradoan, its the closest place to me that's considered the "Midwest" and especially the western side of the state is so so beautiful.)
