100% GPU usage when minimized with Convoy Mode [KNOWN]

Hello!

This bug isn't new, I was believing it would be fixed at 1.43, but apparently not. It happens both on ATS and ETS2.

Recapitulating: my game uses around 20 to 60% of the GPU when in game or in a menu - everything normal. But, when I minimize the game or I give ALT+TAB, the GPU usage goes up to 100% and the video card gets very hot. I tried to use workarounds like enabling V-Sync, limiting game FPS in foreground and background in NVIDIA's Control Panel, erasing the config.cfg file allowing ETS2/ATS to recreate it, but the problem prevails.

It only happens when I start or join in a Convoy session. Singleplayer game is immune. BUT, if I leave a Convoy session after join/create one, the bug prevails until I restart the game.

My computer runs Windows 10 Home 21H1 x64. I have an Intel Core i5-7400, GTX 1050 2GB, 8GB RAM DDR4 2133MHz, 1TB 7200rpm HDD and a 1366x768 resolution.

Hello, this is a known issue. No promises at the moment, but it might be fixed with the implementation of DX12.

Hello. This just started happening to me recently, but I don't use Convoys. I did click on that menu item recently for the first time out of curiosity, and since then my GPU goes to 100% when ETS is tabbed to background. Is this a known issue too? Is it possible that just by opening the Convoys section once, it enabled something which now causes this issue... can I turn it off?
