[Colorado] No sleep prompt

Not getting any sleep prompt when parked at the rest stop / scales between Colorado and Utah along I80 through Evanston.

Please follow the bug reporting process.

Game logs are important.

Your truck and trailer are positioned very badly to trigger the prompt. (Trailer location is important.)
