Speed limit in Tallin 90 km/h

Outside the city, a speed limit of 50 km/h is in effect, it looks like it was confused.

Also, in another Estonian city of Narva, there is also a limitation of 90 km/h instead of 50 km/h. But I have not yet checked all the cities of the Baltic Sea DLC, it is possible that some other cities have this bug.

I do not confirm. Both Tallinn and Narva are fine with a speed limit of 50 km/h.

Not exactly. There is a problem with the speed limit when entering any city in dlc baltic sea. The incorrect speed limit is displayed from the moment you enter the city (built-up area) up to the first intersection. In city center the speed limit is correct, only on city border there is a such problem.

I had the same problem in the patch cycle that preceeded the Christmas event, and that time verifying Steam files fixed the problem. Now it's back again and this time the file verification did not help. There must be something wrong because it keeps reoccurring, and it's also tricky because all players do not have the issue.

Yes, by Riga was also so, If remember good, was 80 kph by the city. No mods.
After file verification come right to 50 kph, but sometimes come back again to 80 kph. I have try several times with Quick jobs from and to Riga. A random situation.

Yes, this problem still observed in some cities in DLC Baltic Sea.

Turkish city Tekirdag - same problem. 80/85 speed instead of 50 inside the city. Files validation is ok. No mods at all. Im driving from Paris to Tekirdag - when leaving of Tekirdag speedway to industrial area speed is correct - 50 km/h. Then i exit the game, then launch it again and load latest save - Tekirdag speed is 80 km/h. And now speed in EVERY cities in game become speed like out of town (70/80 km/h). Its terrible!!!
