Steam has a decent refund policy, no questions asked
In my own outdated rig I have 2 x 250Gb and one 2 Tb hybrid disk
I've had those disks for a long time
A GTX750 is a little on the low side you need turn off a lot of candy to get it running with decent frames
It's so detrimental that I'll be missing out on almost every new map DLC after the Baltics back in 2019

This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. Please look for it infecting a signature near you.

Update** I tested Road to Black Sea DLC with everything set to low enabling all Nvidia settings for best performance and it's running fine with the execption of some mili second freezes and barely noticeable stutters. It's not perfectly fluent like in the previous map DLC's I own. I'm glad that I at least can run every DLC so far except Iberia. I bought Iberia by its release but quickly got a refund under 2 hours playtime. Any DLC beyond Road to Black Sea is unplayable 'cause my outdated and slow CPU is causing severe bottelneck on my GTX750. My priority for now is to add a further SSD in order not to miss out any contect of the base game at least, like further new trucks and reworks of the base game. Being from Germany I literally loved the Germany rework and I definitely want to experience the upcoming Austria rework

are you aware that it might also cause some issues as crucial point of reskin is to bring base parts of map near latest DLC quality?
Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

I downgraded the game to version 1.35. Now I can run it with medium to high settings

in my case, same hardware situation(dual core pentium and gtx 670) but for ATS. locking your fps 40-50 via nvidia control panel or RTSS may help. also 2nd hand cpu upgrade improve things as well. idk your mobo but for example: if you have lga1155 mobo, upgrading to 3470 or 3570(intel cpus) should work for now.
