Game will crash when starting

After the recent update. I try to play American Sim Truck and Eurosim sim truck 2 and the will would begin to boot up then crash and go back to the desktop.

I would suggest closing down any background programs you are not using or check the Task Manager resources to see what is taking up the memory.

It is also triggering safe mode, click "Launch with DirectX 11" the next time you launch the game, it will be the default launch option from there on.

By the way, remove incompatible modifications from the mod folder.
You have a lot of them.
Unnecessary/old mod files slow down the launch of the game.

The ATS run parameters are entered with errors.
You have this:

You "lost" the initial sign - (minus) and you entered an unnecessary "and"
