I have been using this double for a few weeks and it has taken some damage. But it does not repair past 21%. 21% damage is stuck on the trailer in the f7 UI. Game Log https://pastebin.com/6xRpYPub (I am level 320 this is a long term no mod save.)

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
Please follow the bug reporting process.
Game logs are important.
*I've seen this reported a few times, so I know it's an issue, but game logs etc are required before the develeopers are any chance of figuring out what causes it.

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
It is possible I have come up with the cause of this bug. I remember a week ago I couldn't fit my trailer in to the repair shop so I left it on the road by decoupling. I then repaired my truck by itself but in the picture it still showed my trailer connected. Repairing owned trailer without it connected might be the cause of the bug.
Edit: I have debunked this as of now. This is not true it does repair trailer when not connected. I am going to try to leave the trailer further away when I repair and also try to skip some time too.

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
There seems to be more to it. I just damaged a new trailer to 1% and tested repairing without it connected and it did repair the trailer. So my current bug solution is not final. I need to try different things.
Okay I have retriggered the bug.
I got the damage of my double to 13% and then went to the repair shop. I left my trailer on the road and repaired with only my truck. It showed it fully repaired. But when connecting to the trailer again and hitting f7 6% damage was stuck on the trailer. I can not repair this 6%. So the damage that gets stuck on the trailer only happens after high enough percent damage like 10%+. Repairing without the owned trailer connected repairs it fully in the UI setting it to a repaired state but some damage is still visible when reconnecting that can not be removed.

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
isn't that depending on what part of trailer is damaged?
for example if body and chassis of trailer are repaired correctly, but wheels are not?

Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
Personally I don't believe it has anything to do with whether a trailer is connected or not when repairing, as I, and some others on the forum, have come across this mysterious "can't fully repair damage" bug with some trucks.
As per another users suggestion, letting one of my AI drivers use the truck for a run or two (while I drove another truck), and then taking over the truck again seems to have fixed the problem, but we shall see how long it takes for the bug to take hold again...

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
Oh... perhaps another hint as to what may be the problem, when I first noticed this issue, I also noticed that the "Your truck is not in perfect technical condition" message from the weigh stations was triggered with minimal wear on the truck.
And for me, it has always been the truck (no trailer issues — yet), and always the wheels. (The damage that cannot be repaired has not recurred since my swapping of trucks as explained in the previous post, but the weigh station message still shows up with trivial wear.)

Re: Owned Double Does Not Fully Repair
I've had this problem since New Years'!! my account has been modded, though. I tried to use cheat engine to be able to buy things again, so I don't think that counts either, but I had the same issue with my second profile. I did notice that it happened around the time I downloaded the wheels pack from SCS. There are more discussions on steam but this is the one I started. https://steamcommunity.com/app/270880/d ... 757622477/ I seriously hope this can be fixed without everyone this happened to having to restart.
