Sound cut off when using handbrake and pedal brake simultaneously

ATS version: 1.43.2.17s
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a Peterbilt 579 (the issue may be audible with other trucks, but I know it's present with that one)
2. Build up a small amount of speed.
3. Hold in the foot-pedal brake to bring the truck to a stop, but DON'T release the brake yet.
4. Activate the handbrake.
5. Release the foot-pedal brake while the handbrake activation sound is still playing (you have to be quick).
6. Observe that the handbrake activation sound is cut off.

Note: the above braking procedure is how I drive physical cars. It's not a contrived scenario. I hear the sound cut-off regularly while playing ATS.

Note: if you replace the foot-pedal brake with the trailer brake in the above procedure, there is no sound-cut-off bug.

Note: the sound cut-off is easier to hear and more apparent if you use a mod that augments/replaces the brake sounds, e.g. the @Drive Safely Sound Fixes Pack.

I confirm I've noticed this bug too by following the steps to reproduce

Note: The steps to reproduce were created on a profile without mods activated. With only the Sound Fixes Pack mod active, you can more easily hear the sound-cut-off.
