SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Hi, thanks for your appreciation. I'm sorry but there's no way to make this map compatible with mediterranean map
Re: [WIP]-[REL] Itarevamp Version 0.2 by lelux (1.43)
For me it's fully understandable. I'm guessing that it would be easier to add the same cities/towns as these in MedMap than trying to fix the incompatibility. Right?
Re: [WIP]-[REL] Itarevamp Version 0.2 by lelux (1.43)
Adding a new city is an extremely long and complicated process, if you want a good job. The fact is that medmap is a very very old style map based on a old work and i m not interested in merging both

And Itarevamp map is better than Medmap. This is my opinion

I found a lot of bugs in Medmap, but the road between Cariati and Crotone is really nice. Maybe you can do Crotone in the future! It would be great
Re: [WIP]-[REL] Itarevamp Version 0.2 by lelux (1.43)
Yes, it's a nice suggestion and that road is beautiful IRL but there's a lot to learn for me with the editor before to do a decent job

Thanks, Lelux, for this awesome map "add-on"! As an italian citizen, I really appreciate it - also because, just like you, I somehow feel "Italia" DLC to be sometimes a little empty in some parts. On the other hand, given the need to somehow compress the map because of time/space compression within the Sim, I have always found Florence - that is the north portion of the city, which is considered in the DLC - to be quite realistic. I even do recognize places, man! Amazing!

When I use Vinnie's load order viewtopic.php?p=1689716#p1689716 Itarevamp causes the ferry port at Bari, and any ferries connecting there, to disappear. Removing Itarevamp brings the ferries back.
I made some tests and this can be reproduced with just the following
* Itarevamp
* Project Balkans
* Promods

Ferries will be back with the next version with Promods. I didn't test them with other maps.
