For the ambulances and fire brigades in US (I speak here as a stranger, but one who is often in the US. So if anyone knows better, please post it here )

AMBULANCES

Emergency medical services (EMS) in the United States has publicly operated EMS and private/profit EMS.
The public ones are run by the departments of public health or the fire brigades. So you could probably find a local public ambulance for every bigger city in the US.
Here are some examples: Albuquerque, Tacoma or Denver.

FIRE BRIGADE

That should be easier. For me it looks like every city, town and some countys has some. But there is also stuff like the CalFire:https://www.fire.ca.gov/
Probably it makes most sence to just google the fire trucks for the cities?!

CANADA

It seems similar here. There are private and public ambulances. In B.C. the look like this car. It seems that ambulances in Canada are not run by the fire brigades.
Fire brigades are city specific

MEXICO
Can't really say anything new about Mexican police. Only found this. But looks like there are local police units (Policía Municipal). Here is a example from Mexicali.
For the ambulance since there is non in Reforma yet a Cruz Roja Mexicana one would be nice. Have no idea if there a local ones.
The fire brigade looks also local like Bomberos de Tijuana . But it seems they use also european vehicles like MAN: https://www.tyt.com.mx/nota/man-se-une- ... de-la-cdmx

At all the GTM-mod could be a good inspiration.

To get new vehicles you maybe can use the Fiat Ducato from ETS2 as a Ram ProMaster and the high Ford Transit for ambulance or the Mercedes Sprinter from other mods.
In ATS there are the old and new F-350 (and better) ambluances and the low Ford Transit. And unfortunatly the quite outdated Pierce Arrow XT.
Maybe other vehicles could serve as emergency ones. Like a Ford Explorer medic or fire chief. Or the old Mack Tanker as a fire tanker. The pickups could be used for mexican police or as US fire brigades.

It's the newer Ford F-350 that's already in the game. For the beginning it's the best option to localise this ambulance for states and or cities.

So I checked again and I’m really not getting FHP and Miami PD and I think it could be on conflict with the Caribbean map that has its own FHP and Miami PD which isn’t spawning.

@Drew12144 i'll check it first, but as i know, Carribean Map is password protected because its created by Terramaps, so i cant fix the problem, i think they are using some sort of different file names for their police car

maybe if someone know how to open and crack the Carribean Map password, i can fix it

Friends, I think the problem with Florida police is caused with the name of the corresponding folder for Florida state in the mod - it's "fa" instead of "florida", as it's defined in Coast to Coast mod.
I mean "def\country\fa" folder.

Same with Alaska/ak, Alberta/ab and British Columbia/bc in some mods

The solution seems to be quite simple - for mod to support a few map mods at the same time to have the corresponding folders for states inside "def\country\" folder from these map mods.
If I remember right, in the latest version of this pack there is also absent the "dc" folder for Washington D.C.
