SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@JamesWolf Are there any 359 tri-drives in real life?

@JamesWolf If you want to play with tri-drives, SCS has several.

@Trucker_71 I understand SCS has several but all it took was one google image search to see 4 or 5 Pete 359 Tri Drives. I understand they are rare but I was wanting that beautiful classic pete NOT the same old modern ones that have been in for several updates now. If I'm being honest I've gotten tired of the stock trucks, which is another reason I asked about it here. If he says NO ok, I'm not gonna be Majorly upset about it, It would have just been a cool thing to see an old classic pete rolling down the road with TriDrive.

Could you share pics, please? Not saying it's not possible, but would like to see.

The biggest advantage of a tridrive is traction off road. The same weight capacity can be achieved with a pusher, but the pusher can be lifted when not loaded which limits tire wear. Having all that rubber on the ground is just burning fuel.

@seriousmods The one I'm linking was for sale on Ritchie Bros IronPlanet. All I googled was Pete 359 TriDrive and it was the first one that came up.

Tridrive at some point, definitely! I have some more work to do on the three chassis variants I have now, I'll see what's involved in adding another axle. Hopefully it's not much more than adding a few locators and an up/down animation.

In the meantime, the inside of the truck is just about done, so here's a low-effort photo dump of some interior pieces. (adding the option of another interior color TBD). The main thing left is making some of the original steering wheels.
