Great update. Nearly missed it
Just a little thing: The CrownVics form Vancouver where white. But since they not use them any more it's quite reasonable that they would use the new black painting IF they would still use them...

And a little request: I like the idea to keep the generic police cars (27, 45, 96) but it's a like bit confusing of them having the US-flag and the Captain America's shield on it. Maybe it could be replaced with the Maple Leaf?!

And do you plan to add upcoming Surrey police for PM Canada?

In continue what I wrote about mods' support for different map mods in the US police thread I would like to mention here that in Canadian police pack there is absent support for Promods Canada map (def/country/bc folder) and Discover Ontario map (def/country/dontario folder).
@Zenkaiser2021 could you, please, add the support for these two maps in the next release?

Do you plan to add the Tahoe here as well? Seems like it's also in use there.
Btw: the Tahoe would make a good EMS car or fire chief
