Canada Police Pack v1.2.1

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

For Promods you could add:
- Surrey Police
- Horseshoe Bay could have Coast Guard

I was too absorbed in my research. That is of course correct. Not everything needs to be duplicated.

@halbtollekreatur - Also has Abbotsford PD, Fisheries, Railway, CVSE, and MP as well.

Looks good! Some other minor bugs I found:

One of the Montreal Police cars (I think it's the Impala) LOD texture is bugged, its set to Toronto livery so from a distance it shows the Toronto Police skin instead of Montreal's. Also, some cars are missing license plates on the back: (Caprice, Taurus, Charger, and Explorer, I think the Impala too maybe).

For missing plates sorry i can't help, i can't figure about this problem
