What i found is this: "What engine was in the Mack in Convoy? In this corner is the 1977 Mack RS786LST of “Rubber Duck” from the movie Convoy. This truck was equipped with a Mack “tip turbine” turbocharged inline six diesel that made 283hp. The engine was backed by a 10-speed Fuller Roadmaster transmission."

I love this Mod, but the Trailer need alot of love and work xD

but in the intro od the movie when the truck is coming up the hill it had the sound of a 8V92 though

From what I could dig up about the movie is that Mack built four trucks at their Hayward CA plant, three of them were used for props and stunts and were so badly damaged that they were either destroyed or scrapped. The main truck in the movie was a 1977 Mack RS712LST with a California certified ETAZ673 tip turbine engine. Mack rebuilt this truck and sold it. Reportedly, the Rubber Duck Mack can still be seen at truck shows.

As a suggestion, you should remove the predetermined license plate so we can get proper state ones and add some plain paintjobs. Cheers!
