That's pretty neat. I hadn't really noticed that before. All the advertisements I recall seeing were the same every time I drove by. Could this be a new feature in 1.44?

It's been that way for a while. Not all billboards do it, but many do. I don't know if this has been a feature from the start, but I noticed it shortly after Oregon came out, so it's not new.

It has been in the game for a while now. It only happens with the smaller company billboards and not the large ones. It goes with the same principle of other assets, like parked cars, that change after the area/ LOD of the prop is rerendered.
What good is a world without good detail?
