Re: ETS2 1.44 Discussion
That was fast .. but .. great News
Re: ETS2 1.44 Discussion
After some initial scepticism, I like the ETS2 better and better now!
In terms of game play, it might not be bad to have an official car/pickup in the future, for example to drive the Großglockner road.
All mods in this direction are rather "racing cars" in terms of sound and driving style
Maybe someone still has a suggestion for me.

Solid update, though if it weren't for Austria, I dare say it would have been rather lacking. I suppose this was originally intended as a compatibility update for HoR rather than anything else.

Thank you!Bandit & The Snowman wrote: ↑11 May 2022 06:37 Not officially, since it’s an experimental feature that is not even meant to be an official part of this beta.
But the answer is right here in this thread: viewtopic.php?p=1685438#p1685438 (make sure toread it all)
There is no sensitivity setting other than the distance at which it engages. Especially SCS is still tuning how it reacts in situations other than running up straight behind another vehicle and that’s why you can’t do anything about it at this time.

Getting this annoying crash since I updated to 1.44and I'm curious if someone else have some problems. Or is this related to the "updated" animated models? Thought that only would produce a warning...

@abasstreppas
Those kind of errors sometimes shows when files got corrupted during update. Start from verifying files in steam - this helped me several times already.

Any mods included? Sometimes new checks are added to some functions that some mods may not be careful before.abasstreppas wrote: ↑12 May 2022 12:58 Getting this annoying crash since I updated to 1.44and I'm curious if someone else have some problems. Re: ETS2 1.44 Discussion
@SiSL I've got plenty of mods. I was more looking for some hint were to look. I have already disabled a bunch that produced warnings or errors. I just can't figure out which one of the remaining ones that causes the crash.
I'm quite good at locating errors, but I'm lacking ideas atm
