ATS emergency vehicles pack v.1.3.1 [1.59]

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@halbtollekreatur I think I found an LOD bug, the red Ram Promaster ambulance turns into a white Mexican Red Cross ambulance at a distance. The Mexican ambulance also spawns in Canada, might be related. Probably a mismatched automat file.

I got Long-COVID and have to stop working on this mod. I'm fine if you guys just overtake it and maybe keep it alive.

Nice mod, but when playing with it I noticed that the default ambulances are almost missing, have you reduced their appearance?
