1: Bring some ETS2 cars over to ATS (especially the Jeep Renegade, how on earth do we see it in Europe but not the US?)
2:Maybe bring some cars from older games, like 18 WOS extreme trucker 2. For example the older Ford F 150 and the GMC Yukon. Both vehicles may be a bit old for the modern map, but they would close a gap between the newest cars and the historic cars we see now (not everybody drives a classic car or buys the newest car), especially for the more rural areas.
Talking about Minivans, I would actually love to see a 2010 Toyota Sienna btw. (For my own nostalgic reasons)
