Can't Launch ATS

I downloaded American Truck Simulator around 2 weeks ago and still can't figure out how to get my game to launch. I've watched many youtube videos in which I all followed and I am still not able to launch the game. Every time I click launch and select the "what way would you like to launch" I get black-screened and immediantly kicked out. (Yes I tried every "what way would you like to launch, didn't work) Here is the video of the problem I am experiencing: https://youtu.be/68g4cJBZgAI

let it save it locally.

How do I make it save Locally?

1. Verify your Steam game installation.

Go to: Steam -> Library -> ATS -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of game files

Wait a few minutes for the process to validate all files.


2. You do not have all the map files "ProMods Canada v1.1.1"
Missing - promods-ats-def-v111.scs

3. Use notepad to edit the "config.cfg" ( located in: Documents -> American Truck Simulator)

Find the following values and change "1" to "0"

uset cf_asus_aura "1"
uset cf_razer_chroma "1"

Don't forget to save your changes.

Disable other unnecessary programs/applications running in the Windows background to free up RAM memory for ATS.
