whenever I am playing 1.44 and when I tried the 1.44 beta before downgrading back to 1.43, my game kept crashing (on Mac) with the same error message as follows:
I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem
game crash on Mac
Re: game crash on Mac
There is no error message in your post. Can you provide a game.log and/or a crash log please. The former is more helpful but sometimes the latter can help as well.

Re: game crash on Mac
I can tell you the message that appears. I'm sorry the file didn't attach. I'm not sure what a game.log or crash log is.
I play on steam
the message that appears/has appeared each time goes as follows
"we apologise for the inconvenience, but the game will quit now, because it has encountered a condition that prevents further execution"
"Failed to load model descriptor (.pmd) or model geometry (.pmg) for '/vehicle/ai/renault_megane/ai.pmg'."

Re: game crash on Mac
Try verifying your game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.
If that doesn't work post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\American Truck Simulator" for a default install.
