As of approx. 7:45 PM EST tonight both ATS and ETS2 are showing my affected mods as active, therefore the issue appears to be corrected.

im also having this same issue of mods not loading properly and im constantly unsub, and resub, just for it to work... is there a way to extract mods that are downloaded from workshop and just put them directly into the mod folder?

It should work now. Check file integrity with Steam.
