[REL][WIP] Sud de France Map by Charly V1.9.1 for V1.48

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Just a proposal at this üpomt...
The D627/617, fro, its intersection with A6 at Peage de Leucate to Perpignan, with a possible extebsion down to Argeles-sur-Mer or Port Vendres.
A very beutiful area, with a few Etangs and Coastline. Thank you for your woek

Hi, I really want to create this part of France, but Promods did it before me, and remapping it will create a lot of bugs. For this specific area
