[REL][WIP] Sud de France Map by Charly V1.9.1 for V1.48

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. I don't know what has caused the black textures. I have put it on a different place in the load order and the black textures are gone. But I also had black textures when using Bulgaria in Focus, which were gone after an Steam integrity check (were no errors were found). So I'm wondering if something is wrong on my end. But I don't know how to search for the cause of those black textures...

Btw, were exactly is this invisible object / barrier on the road? Because I haven't crashed into that barrier while driving in Bourg-en-Bresse...

Hi everyone.

The new update is now finished. It's now under test phase. Player who are looking for very hard road will be happy. To deliver the farm and the forestry site at Sumène, you will have to backup :D
I also add a cargo airplane with missions avalible.

Super nice to see that you are hard working on expanding the map. If you need any test players i am willing to help if necessary.
