On Monday it will be exactly one year since the first official announcement, I'm really curious to see if this month we will at least have two blogs with 2-3 weeks between them.

One thing looks pretty sure, at the end of this month Open Beta for 1.48 should start and we should see how far away Oklahoma and West Balkans actually are.

@Muks I don't think they are gonna spoil anything related to WB. Just a simple stream talking about how they got into SCS and etc.

@Muks Image behind is from the West Balkans blog about Nature, it's just for filling the background, nothing else. Also, any kind of gameplay video or stream that's West Balkans related would be announced, this is just classical SCS's chit-chat.

I'm curious, what do you think, will they add flags and/or trucks on DLC's Steam store page?

I imagine they'll come out on the release day and you can buy a bundle with the map and paint job packs.

As for WB going into the experimental branch, that's good news. So sounds like a summer release isn't in jeopardy.

I don't remember experiencing this before (I only started being interested when Iberia got released, and it took another year or so to get the game and start being active on here).
Do you know what this means in terms of timing and whether Trieste may come in 1.48?

Did they reconcile the borders of Yugoslavia countries? I thought Balkans would never be released because of that.

What? The only country/region in the dlc area that isn't recognized as sovereign territory by the entirety of UN/NATO is Kosovo and that is shown on the map.
Don't know what the no-longer-existing country of Yugoslavia has to do with it.
And it's getting political so I bet that's going to be cut out soon if it goes any further.

Do you know what this means in terms of timing?

For each DLC;
- Going East - 18 days
- Scandinavia - 93 days
- Vive la France! - 80 days
- Italia - 90 days
- BtBS - 43 days
- RttBS - 67 days
- Iberia - 111 days

Making an average of 71.7 days between first addition to the experimental branch and full release (80.7 disregarding Going East for how much an outlier it seems)
By these numbers, release would be on
- July 20th (minimum from BtBS)
- August 18th (avg)
- August 20th (avg from most recent 3)
- August 27th (avg ex. GE)
- September 26th (maximum from Iberia)
