Unless the other crossing is at Gevgelija (North Macedonia) and if anyone wants to continue East from there they enter Greece and take a shorter road at Polykastro to Kilkis and then can have a scenic drive north of the Kerkini Lake (which however is a national park and I have no idea if trucks are allowed through.

Or the road between the Kerkini Lake and Thessaloniki.

oldmanclippy, Yeah, Pernik is a bit troublesome.
But I think it was added due to the industry there.
I suspect that there will be only 1 crossing from Bulgaria to North Macedonia.
Regarding Sofia to Niš, that road is.. well. the interchange Junction "Slivnitza", connects to road 81, towards Montana.
Instead of the IRL route 8 to Border Crossings Gradina and Kalotina.
One fix, could have been to use this route https://www.google.com/maps/dir/42.7354 ... 07!1m0!3e0 And use Junction "East tangent", to reach the airport.
I think that is the future IRL plan, but right now. that interchange is not connected to ulitsa "Iztochna Tangenta", that leads to Sofia's airport.
There is 1kilometre of road missing. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7103089 ... a=!3m1!1e3 and uncheck Globe View, to see the road stub.

I think that for the Sofia to Niš, SCS might use the roundabout interchange at https://www.google.com/maps/@42.7103089 ... a=!3m1!1e3
And connect road 189 to road 8, towards Niš.

Vidin has road 12, going to Serbia. Possible border crossing.
But, the Iron Gate I Hydroelectric Power Station, could be a border crossing too.
Drawback on it, is that might be a bit too tight for ETS2 trucks, right now. But, ProMods does have it as functional.
I haven't checked what changes ProMods has done there. I should do that.

I do agree on that it seems that a bit more foresight could have been used, when making RttBS.

Ohh, ProMods uses all 3 border crossings between North Macedonia and Bulgaria!

JaDaKa, I suspect that Gevgelija border crossing will come with Greece. Quite odd if it will not, right?
Bulgaria to Greece? Kulata (BG) - Promachonas (GR) border crossing for sure!
I wonder if Makaza (BG) - Nymphaia (GR) could come too? Whenever Greece is added.

If I remember correctly, there is a sign in Sofia pointing towards Kulata, so I'd say that crossing is likely to be included.

Yeah Kulata will be a given once Greece comes for sure. As for how far south A3 will extend for the West Balkans update, that remains to be seen.

Just the blog I was hoping for!

This is the border crossing which was explicitly mentioned in the blog:

30 Border Crossing in total. Nice :P
Such as a border crossing found between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina which is divided by a bridge over a river!
I hope someone finds this location IRL, I'm curious!

There are like 5 more further north from there so it could be any of those.
