SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Small "quirk" with the ferries.
If I take a job from Kirkenes to Longyearbyen, the route offered first puts me on a ferry to Brensholmen, and then another to Longyearbyen. Looks like you've created a couple of super-ferries which take less time than the direct route

Re: [REL] Ferry Collection for ETS2 v2022.07.16
I've updated the mod: see first post.
It doesn't contain new ferry connections. It however removes some ferry connections to/from Durres (part of Project Balkans 5.3): if you try to drive in this area your game will crash. So I decided to remove the ferry connections; basically by removing those ferry connections this will make the road to Durres a dead end, so it's less likely that you will drive in this area and thus it is less likely that you will crash. Of course, if this crash is fixed I will add the ferry connections back in.
@thedrippingone I'm sure that my ferry connections are not too realistic. The main purpose is to offer connections between cities where otherwise you would have to take a long detour. If this quirk you found is the only one, I can make some changes for the next version. But if there are more quirks then I guess I leave it as it is; I don't have the time to compare my ferry connections with all existing ferry connections. In that case you could use waypoints and/or avoid pins to force your route to take the correct ferry connection(s).

Hi @Vinnie Terranova
I don't think it's worth your time tweaking the connections for this, it's easy enough to just choose the more direct connection when entering the port.
Thanks for creating the collection!

@insigne96 it should be placed above all map mods.

Nice mod! But can you make seperate ferry connection per mod (Like ProMods Ferry Connection, Finnmark Ferry Connection, etc.)
I don't prefer All-in-one version because of map combo I would like to make.

Re: [REL] Ferry Collection for ETS2 v2022.07.16
@Roon_Moonlight Even though this version says it needs all the mods, it actually works without them.
This is because Vinnie is only connecting existing ports with ferries, and ETS2 is smart enough not to show/use the connections if the port does not exist. So if you're missing for example Finnmark, the ferries that go via Finnmark's ports simply don't show.
If you mean you need even finer control over which ferries (say you only want 2 of the "Finnmark" ferries), that isn't possible with the current format.
