Animation problem with the steering wheel and the steering wheel adjustment

Hey guys,
I have a problem with the animation of the steering wheel column adjustment.
The problem is that the bone steering_w pushes itself out of the object (see pictures)

How can I fix it in Blender?

SCS Tool 2.3 the current one
