It's a small detail but these pedestrian crossing signs are so blatantly Eastern European, they make the whole picture look like some town in the Russian Caucasus. I hope they'll put proper German signs instead. Not sure about the traffic lights, but they also look Russian to me.

Work in progress, they're probably waiting until proper fitting assets arrive, these were most likely placeholders they had available at hand.

If we’re discussing French cities, then I should say that Calais was kinda disappointing. They did a wonderful job creating the port but the city was kept intact. That’s two extremes.

Forget the city, the train station is still a mirrored version of the one in UK, still the same hard edges, still that old awful road surface. That ain't gonna change until they get to work on UK because you'll hear the usual "if you remade the station on that side, why didn't you copy it to other?" Etc

@justgettingold I think the blue crossing image is very similar to what is used in Germany (although in Germany there are more black bars on the crosswalk), I just am not sure that the yellow background is used.

These are the lights being replicated, although the street view is from 2008 so they may look different now: https://www.google.com/maps/@48.7591807 ... 312!8i6656

My guess is that the light + signs are a placeholder for now.

I did not see a single pedestrian crossing sign, I took the starting point from oldmanclippy's video, all the way to Die Staatstheater Stuttgart.
NTM's B-Double Telescopic Skeletal Container Carrier. Youtube video on how it works. W & S thread.
B-Double trailer and short modes: EN 7.82 swap body, 20’ or 30’ containers.
Standalone 40' mode: EN 7.82 swap body, 20', 30', 40' or 2 x 20' trailer.

@oldmanclippy Pretty much all European signs look alike and only differ in details. These may be hard to spot for a foreigner, but when you're used to it, you know instantly when something's wrong. Wiki has a cool comparison table for Euro road signs: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compari ... road_signs

I'll agree that's probably just a placeholder tho.

The blue pedestrian crossing sign is wrong anyway. It is not used here with traffic lights, only for pedestrian crossings without signals ("Zebrasteifen").

Then the best you can do is open a preemptive bug report to warn them before they release it. Several times people have noticed errors in that kind of WIP teasers and SCS had fixed them thanks to that kind of feedback. If we just talk about it in the middle of this generic thread, the most probable is that this problem will be buried in between a lot of chit-chat and goes unnoticed by devs.

Or they might be aware already and like Aziz says, Problebly a placeholder.
