@Sanax could you fix this ugly gap please?

and maybe reduce the size of this intake, otherwise the roof deflector would be impossible to decrease

@VolvoFH4ever that has to be solved, but the most important thing is the air intake in all the cabins, as well as everything else that is in the pictures, this is how the air intake should look like

@VolvoFH4ever, @Trucker World wide dudes, scroll back through this thread and count how many times you ask for these. Don't do that. There's no need to clog up the thread with single-issue requests. No need to get impatient. Things will happen when the time comes to it.
What you think is just "this ugly gap" - in fact, you think about HOW to fix it. Count up how many cabs there are in mod, how many of, say, these front intakes and think about how long it takes to do it. As for the roof intake - it's one thing to redo it, but another thing is that after that you need to re-bake all the textures of all the cabins and after changing those two "ugly gaps" you will need to completely redo the paintjob templates. So "this ugly gap" will take about 1-2 months of time... And look at a mod from 2 months ago and compare how much we've done in that time?
Due to the fact that you are constantly pressuring me with your requests and pushing me, I stopped one job the night before last and did another. Did it tired after work. As a result, I overslept and inadvertently deleted a job I spent 2 days on. Spent many hours yesterday trying to do it again. And you can imagine how tedious redoing the same process negatively affects your interest in your work. Also, the second time I did it, I somehow didn't get the result I had before Of course, this is all my fault. My mistake. But it makes you tired. So I may have been a little harsh yesterday.
So let us respect each other.
But if you have an impatience and something really annoys you - install Blender and try to change for yourself that part that annoys you There's no magic here, just hard work and a lot of time. Don't forget that about half a year ago I too had no idea how mods are made... and now I'm just learning. And now sometimes to do something I still have to learn HOW to do it
Once again - one problem - one request, please and just relax, play and wait
Let me handle the priorities
@Burnout thanks, man. I'll take a look at that.

@Sanax i didnt know it is so complicated i thought in this case you just move some edges, save, export and job done and that some cabs have shared parts so you make them once and create just differencies
anyway would be good to save such projects on google drive or something where you have automatic versioning in case you delete something - on google drive you have always last 100 versions available

You're a very nimble fellow Try doing it yourself, since it is so quick and easy In fact, nothing is impossible, but it all takes effort and time

Hello there! Just found this mod a couple of day's ago and im loving it. The lightbox (that is included?), how can you skin that? I mean, not the box where the Globetrotter text is, but the big one where you can add lights on it etc. Or is that from another mod?! Here's a link to screenshot https://ibb.co/mHNrW7L

I'm just now doing the lightboxes for the next update. It will be handy to use templates for this lightbox and custom decal separately in a small mod. It will be easy to add your own image and you won't need to dig deep into mod files in tree. I think a separate archive will have only two files for two types of lightboxes. Simply replace the two files and you're done.
You do this once and when you update the main mod later, you won't have to change these files again each time in a new version of the mod.

Thanks for the report. That too has been correctedmarcel1983 wrote: ↑10 Aug 2022 21:49 Hi Sanax, In the circled area at the top of the pane there is still a gap open if you leave out the sun screen. Will that still be corrected?
