International 9900i dashboard computer too Blurry

I recently got the game and since then International 9900i dashboard computer is too blurry. Other trucks dashboard computer works well. I have verified the files. I created a new profile without mods and tested it and I still get the same. It can be reproduced everytime.
Game version : 1.44.1.22s (64-bit)

I would say not a bug. You are using an extremely underpowered laptop. This seems more related to a scaling issue. This depends on your computer hardware. Lower scaling = less clarity.

I agree my laptop is underpowered but my scaling is at 100% and it is running at the native resolution. If it wasn't a bug, the dashboard of other trucks like Peterbelt 389 etc must have been blurry too but they are all crystal clear.

Increase your scaling to at least 150 and you'll notice a jump in quality, of course you'll loose performance but it will show you its your low-end computer and not the game.

I instead put my scaling at 400% and texture quality, AA, reflection quality and other stuffs like that on High and it is still somewhat same.

okk my friend but why is it happening to me then?
It's a new profile with verified files and it's only happening with this truck. Something must be wrong somewhere.

Your game.log shows the setting uset g_gfx_quality "-1" which is an indication that you have used the "Advanced" option to manually finetune the graphics settings. My suggestion would be to click in the graphics settings on simple and then toggle between low/medium/high/ultra to reset all graphic settings to preset game defaults. Medium should work on your hardware. Then you should have a reasonably sharp font on the dashboard.

At the 9900i Eagle i never had an issue - i did not have an high-end-performance-gaming-pc , but i see all clear in all trucks even - don´t think that this is an bug!!!
