Used trucks? Boy if that were an indication to finally open the flood gates for older classic rigs then I would be stoked.. but of course a simple sign like that isn't concrete or anything but it sure gets the embers burning

If SCS are not going to allow us to deliver to fuel and truck stops I wonder if it would be possible to add this in via a mod? :thinking:

^I think that is what Southernman has been doing lately. Turning potential depots into functional ones. Every prefab is built to be functional, but most are deactivated. Its all about setting them up.

Yeah, it would be: maybe southernman can add it to his truckstop reworks mod as well.

There are a select few deliveries where this is possible in game already. However, they are few and far between and now that we have ownable gas tankers this desperately need to expand upon this. Hopefully, sooner rather than later

If they put the loading racks to work (models already exist in the default game), added this and multi drop, and some kind of F7 unload animation (like a hose that goes into the tank when parked in the right spot), I could totally just haul fuel for a while.

There are so many gas stations on the map, and all of them need fuel.

I don't think those locations are prefabs, they are just random locations in the map that SCS created and made look like a depot. I believe that all Southernman does is create an 'invisible' prefab that will fit the location and then he adds it into the map. Most likely there is a lot more to it than just that for example the various def files. But I believe that is the basis of it.

If he can do this for the fuel and truck stops then that would awesome.

All of that would definitely be great but if they simply made all petrol stations able to receive fuel then I would definitely be more than happy to buy a tanker and just haul fuel around the map for ages.

Same! And we have Deezle's addon as well for us west coasters.

Regarding gas station variety, there are traces of two more gas station brands in the game files that are currently unused.
