How come the smell came out when the 1.45 update is released and the Montana map and the 1.46 update are nowhere in sight. I thought that games are updated when a beta version of an update is released until a stable version of the update is released.

I've been getting stutters whenever I'm in Montana, most people don't seem to be getting this issue, but some are. Do the devs know about this?

My PC specs are in my signature so I don't have a potato PC ;) , and I've tried a new vanilla profile with no mods.

You could write a bug report in spots where it's happening.

I might do that, but the thing is it seems to happen mostly everywhere in Montana. It's less frequent in different locations, but still mostly happens everywhere.

I remember having stutters in Glacier National Park. Probably because of too many trees.

Billings area is pretty bad for me when it comes to the stuttering. Similar to what I was getting in Idaho when it first released.

Yep this area is probably the worst for me as well.

Yeah, it's not quite as bad as Idaho was, but still struggling on my system.
