Re: ATS 1.45 Open Beta Discussion
Did they also add more cargo options to the stepdeck trailers?

I'd say:
Chemron old = ARON new
GP old = NAF new
Driver old = Driverse new
Driving old = Haulett new
Heart's old = Phoenix new
And Gallon Oil was just refreshed.

I don't believe any new visible cargo came with this patch. Maybe with Montana itself.

Unfortunately many are Texas assets that crash my game when trying to place.

Is anybody else that is driving the Peterbilt 389 having problems with the rain sensor?
I just had trip through some rough weather (foggy and heavy rain) but the wipers never caught up to speed, only did the first level like wipe-2sec pause-wipe-2sec pause... etc. 3 times during the rain it stopped wiping too and left my windsheild flood, then after maybe 20-30 seconds it started again. I have no mods, enabled the rain-sensor in game settings and turned my wiper to first level of engagement.
i will not make bug report yet, before i heard from others, so i know if it's a problem on my end or not.

"Driverse" still looks like a famous truckstop, wouldn't that be a problem? Anyway, I just did some driving in the game after my home office and I say I'm enjoying the new truckstops. A random question about them: In the part where Diesel prices appear, has SCS followed the current increase in world fuels? Apparently I've noticed higher values in the game.SCS_Annie wrote: ↑30 Jun 2022 20:26Speaking as a person who deals with these issues daily (i.e. "are we allowed to use this?") and who is responsible for the truck stop designs: your view on laws is rather skewed. Believe me when I tell you, there's much hard work and brainstorming behind every decision, every compromise we have to make. As controversial as they might appear, they are never without reason. We are well aware we cannot please everyone, but we still try our best to improve the games visually to the best of our ability.clifflandmark wrote: ↑30 Jun 2022 12:07 As it stands, it's like suing Jimmy Page for Stairway to Heaven. A 16-year-old (Randy California) plays the intro of Taurus at the local bar in San Francisco. Robert Plant and Jimmy Page are watching Randy California at the same bar, and in a few years, Led Zeppelin releases the album which contains Stairway to Heaven. No matter Spirit's alive members sued Led Zeppelin because of plagiarism in Stairway to Heaven, Stairway to Heaven is owned by Led Zeppelin.Randy California has created an inspiration.Inspiration's new name began to be "plagiarism".
Think about how airplanes are made, the biggest inspiration has been birds. By observing things, we reveal new things. We are heading towards the 120th year in aviation. We still use natural methods. Tail folds such as Winglet, Split Scimitar, Fence etc. prevent vortex formation and save energy. We are inspired by the soaring of eagles.

SCS will not be in trouble because of companies like chemron, wallbert. This could be inspration.
More content IS coming. But before we can implement it, we have to address some other issues, first. Such is the nature of game development. Can't frost an unbaked cake.
With that being said, thank you for the feedback, nonetheless.

International Dealer choice is missing from the Purchase Truck screen. Meaning the list of dealers on the left. To find, I click all dealers and on the map find them. I do run mods. Disappeared after beta install.

A doghouse traffic signal is a type of permissive left turn signal, meaning it has both protected and unprotected phases. In the protected phase, left turning has a green left arrow, indicating that they are protected from oncoming traffic and have the right of way to turn left. In the unprotected phase, left turning traffic sees a green circle, indicating that oncoming traffic and pedestrians have the right of way and that left turning traffic must yield until the way is clear before making the turn.VirtualTruckTravels wrote: ↑30 Jun 2022 10:39 I have seen talks of "doghouses" many times. what is a doghouse light?
This video demonstrates typical operation of a doghouse traffic signal.
