Error about the name of a region, on several road signs, in Italy

There are 4 road signs on the A1 motorway in Italy, indicating the name of the region "Emilia Romagna" with a dash inexistent in the reality.
As you can see in this image, the dash is not need between the words "Emilia" and "Romagna" https://www.google.it/maps/@45.0654602, ... 384!8i8192

The error is present only on the panels located in A1 motorway, all the others located in A22, A13 and A14 are perfectly correct.
