Back on topic, the cruise control now works below 30! But only if ACC is on. & ACC is more sensitive now, almost like a nodding donkey at times.

Also welcome is the ability to adjust suspenion at any speed.

Can't wait to try the new trailers.

My guess is update to 1.45 or a patch for 1.45 if there was one, otherwise idk, seems a bit much for a single workshop mod.

Is the night way too dark in some places after 1.45 (Innsbruck quarry for an example), or is it just me? I know ATS had some problems with that in some sectors in 1.44

Sorry, don't want to bother you, but how can a night be "too dark"? I've had walks in the countryside where I could barely see my shoes, and almost none of the way. All you need for that is lacking light from the moon and a very cloudy sky, when you are a bit astray from "civilization". Before anybody asks: that was in northern Germany, and also in Greece.

I think the real problem is that the truck's headlight shine is too focused. In real life, there is always a little more (but sparse) illumination to the left and right. I've never had a problem to find a my way when turning into an unilluminated path, in a pitch black night. With my car, not wit a truck, but I can't imagine that the situation in a truck is worse.

Yes IRL any light main beam create a halo of secondary lighted zones due reflections on surfaces and light scattering. That kind of effects can be faked on a limited degree on video games; but a proper depiction of them requires ray tracing techniques. Something we are far away to see in the game I guess.

With the changes of lighting before Iberia, more "pitch dark" places should happen because both ambient and artificial light has been better balanced.

A wee bit of "improper" lighting to the left and the right would suit me as well. :P

That would still light only whatever would be at the end of the beam "projection", you will find it weird anyways. What we see as "natural" is more complex than that and also the faked approximations I mentioned. I don't mean they could not do it, maybe they want to fiddle whit that kind of things the day the complete the lighting eftects they still have lack (the proper darkness on tunnels, the casting of shadows of other lights than sun...). There's lot of subtle things the games lack and that added could help a lot in the realism of lighting. The problem is the same as always: CPU bottleneck. Of all the processes on a game of that kind, 3D scene lighting is the most CPU consuming process with difference.
