Probably because the trailer has no cargo in it. The trailer is the actual cargo, but it's an empty trailer. Just like that yellow barrier trailer in ATS.

These trailers are new, so these (shown in freight market and external contracts) are delivered to different companies who ordered the new Krone trailers.

Therefore, this is not a bug.
