[Cody, Route 14] Flag pole is missing a shadow caster.

There is a flag pole with 2 flag movers, however only the bottom flag has a shadow caster applied.
Game Version: 1.45.0.54

Always reproducible
Win10 64bit.

I'll go into more information briefly about this.

asset in question: /asset/props/flag_ats_small_dou_sta.pmd

In Blender, when we click "View Model Objects" both flags are shown:

Now if we click "View Shadow Casters" only the bottom flag has a shadow caster.

I have noticed the top and bottom flag uses different shaders on each.

Top flag: eut2.dif.spec.mult.dif.spec.iamod.dif.spec (No shadow flavour option.)

Bottom flag: eut2.dif.spec.amod.dif.spec.shadow (Which has a shadow flavour option.)

In game, as expected only the bottom flag has a shadow, and not the top flag as well.

I was unsure if this was a bug or a design choice, but seeing as both flags are movers they both should have a shadow in my opinion.

Just thought I would pass it along regardless.
