Game looks smooth but steering wheel seems to be at 30fps

I used to play with ryzen 5 1600+gtx 1050 ti with lock at 60fps; now I could upgrade to a ryzen 5 5600x and a rtx 3060 I can play at more than 100fps on vanilla, but the steering wheel looks like is running at 30-fps.
