I didn't have to do that with Logitech Shifter, he did it himself.
Is what you have a Logitech steering wheel G XXX?
If so, why not buy the Logitech shifter right away?

Found the device ID (see attachment) but it doesn't work... (The controller is called: SIMVERTEX)
