California Rework phase 3 speculation

From my point of view San Francisco already has it's tourist part covered. Now it's about to get more roads in and the places to a proper position. If we would get downtown deliveries I would not even mind if they would not add any industrial prefabs.
EDIT: And of course add a much higher level of detials as in the new DLCs. Like a alive downtown.

Oakland essentially serves as San Francisco’s heavy industrial area in the game, so I think more retail/service companies in SF would be fine.

Ph3 San Francisco, Oakland, Stockton, San Jose. I think will hear more after Texas DLC. It's likely ph3 will be bigger than first two.

Think Stockton and Oakland will be bigger visual game changers. These two were designed on 1:35 scale and when they only had handful working on it originally in 2014 before ATS was released.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to better LA too, but that we can't expect before phase 5, or 6 I guess.
